In the past four years, Wade has focused primarily on mega projects within the data and AI center sector, providing comprehensive safety oversight from civil works through commissioning.

Wade ‘s leadership philosophy is rooted in a people-first approach, fostering cohesive and motivated teams that not only meet compliance standards but consistently exceed safety expectations. Believing that the strength of any safety program lies in the confidence and capability of its people, Wade is dedicated to empowering teams to perform at their highest potential.

Collaborating closely with owner and contractor leadership, Wade ensures alignment, strengthens relationships, and promotes a shared commitment to delivering projects safely, on schedule, and with a culture of engagement. Wade ‘s expertise includes OSHA compliance, risk management, incident investigation (Taproot, Fishbone, 5 Whys), and EHS training program development, offering a holistic perspective that drives continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Jeremy Nelson, Vice President of Operations at Project Safety Consultants, brings a wealth of experience in business development, recruitment, and operational leadership to his role.

Born and raised in Lake Geneva, WI, Jeremy’s journey has been shaped by his academic foundation in Pre-Medicine/Pre-Medical Studies from Minnesota State University, Mankato, and his passion for hockey. With a career spanning roles in business development and recruitment across the energy, infrastructure, and environmental sectors, Jeremy has honed his ability to build strong client relationships, optimize processes, and lead high-performing teams.

At Project Safety Consultants, he is dedicated to driving operational excellence, fostering innovation, and delivering tailored solutions to meet the evolving needs of the construction and data center industries. Jeremy’s commitment to safety, efficiency, and client success underscores his leadership approach, making him a pivotal force in advancing the company’s mission.

Meci Klein leads the marketing efforts at Project Safety Consultants, working behind the scenes on branding, media, LinkedIn presence, marketing systems, and content strategy. Her role is focused on making sure PSC’s expertise, culture, and on-site leadership come through clearly and consistently without overcomplicating the message.

With a background in marketing strategy and systems, Meci helps create structure and clarity across PSC’s digital presence, supporting long-term growth while keeping the focus on people, projects, and safety.

She works closely with leadership to translate complex work into straightforward messaging that reflects the caliber of PSC’s consultants and the environments they operate in.

At the core of her work is simple: build strong marketing foundations so the team can stay focused on what matters most—showing up, doing the work, and keeping people safe.

Dale Heider, a seasoned tax professional and business leader, brings over four decades of expertise in tax representation, estate planning, and financial management to his role.

As the owner of U.S. Tax Relief, LLC, Dale has spent more than 21 years providing comprehensive tax representation services to clients across the country. His career includes leadership roles such as CFO and General Counsel at RSA Companies, Sr. Director of Tax Products at LexisNexis, and Tax Manager at Schimel, Lieberman & Bender, CPAs.

With a strong foundation in tax and estate planning for large agribusinesses during his tenure at Farm Credit Banks of Omaha & Baltimore, and early experience with Ernst & Young and the IRS Appeals Division, Dale has developed a deep understanding of complex tax issues. His commitment to delivering tailored solutions and his extensive knowledge make him a trusted advisor in navigating the intricacies of tax and financial planning.

Lynn Tyl is originally from Grand Rapids, Michigan and relocated to Colorado in 2010. Shortly after, she founded Down To The Decimal Bookkeeping, a firm designed to seamlessly integrate into each client’s operations and remove the stress of financial management. Lynn manages all aspects of bookkeeping and payroll, enabling business owners to focus on growth and day‑to‑day leadership rather than administrative oversight.

With experience across a wide range of industries dating back to 2000, she brings deep expertise, reliability, and a tailored approach to every client relationship. Lynn currently resides in Castle Rock, Colorado, where she enjoys life with her two daughters.

Erin Lontai manages all day‑to‑day invoicing, accounts receivable, and contractor communications. Erin is highly organized, detail‑oriented, and consistently professional in every interaction. Her ability to communicate clearly and build strong working relationships with contractors makes her an invaluable part of our operations.

Bachelor’s degree in business management from Eastern Illinois University, and a master’s in elementary education from DePaul University. Has lived in CR since 2017 with husband and 3 kids.
